Design Mill, Inc. (DMI), a small business, is a cutting edge engineering company with a specialty in modeling and simulation. We are currently providing our customers with cradle-to-grave design process optimization including Conceptual Design, 3D Pro-E engineered Design/ Modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Low Poly Modeling, Animation, Technical Data Packages, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI).

ASD has been Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 2 rated since October 22, 2004 and has already deployed CMMI Level 3 policies, processes, and procedures to achieve CMMI Level 3 rating. About 50 staff have received IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 certification. ASD deployed an ITIL-based Role Based Administration (RBA) as well as an ITIL-compliant Service Catalog which includes the full spectrum of IT services including Configuration Management services, which we perform on all of our contracts and task orders in one form or another.
